Downtown Conroe is a district that aims to be the heart of Montgomery County, focusing on providing entertainment, dining, and shopping experiences.
The challenge was to create an identity to help elevate the district’s profile to attract more visitors to the downtown area. The challenge also included establishing a unified brand for downtown Conroe and create a common vision. This involved developing a visual system and defining the core principles of downtown Conroe.
The strategy focused on creating a brand that represents:
- A welcoming and authentic historic experience.
- Musical recognition and artistic diversity.
- An exciting and friendly and familiar atmosphere.
- Core values centered around; entertainment, education, connection, promotion, and service.
- Target audience including local workers and residents seeking weekly activities.
- Visual identity incorporating both historic roots, hospitality and lively elements.
